SHIPPING OVERVIEW

At Cute Wee, every order is prepared with care and individually processed through our international fulfillment network. Our goal is not simply to deliver products, but to ensure that each package arrives safely, accurately, and in the best possible condition.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of increased demand, promotional campaigns, holidays, or product launches, processing times may extend slightly to maintain quality control and logistics accuracy.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when available.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Most orders include tracking services. Tracking updates may require several business days before becoming visible in the courier system after dispatch.

In certain situations, tracking activity may appear delayed while the parcel is in transit between international logistics hubs.

MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS

Some orders may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse availability
  • Product category
  • Package size limitations
  • International logistics routing

If this occurs, items may arrive on different dates.

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by our logistics partners.


CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

Cute Wee does not control customs processing times and cannot guarantee clearance speed for international shipments.


SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete before checkout confirmation.

Cute Wee cannot guarantee recovery or replacement for orders affected by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment/unit numbers
  • Invalid contact information
  • Delivery refusal by recipient

If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.


LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a shipment has been handed to the courier, delivery operations fall under the responsibility of the transportation provider.

Cute Wee is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by customs
  • Courier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Incorrect delivery by carriers
  • Stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation

However, our team will always make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating delayed shipments whenever possible.


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Couriers may require signatures or perform multiple delivery attempts depending on local policies.

If delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to sender, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
